    I'm hesitant to leave this review as the work still has not been completed. I had my initial consultation in late March of 2023. Signed a contract for roofing siding and windows in mid May and paid the deposit. I then heard nothing from them for nearly 6 months. As of this writing, June 27th only the roofing work has been completed and they took until April of 2024 to do that. At this point I am told the rest of the work will be done in August. Communication has been beyond terrible and I have had to be the project manager on this project to try and move it along. I guarantee if I was prodding for results nothing would be happening. I cannot recommend highly enough that no one ever do business with Tri State Exterior Design. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of their work and at this point I am consulting a lawyer to get my deposit back.
