    This company definitely gets zero stars...I ordered floor mats on 5/13/24 and never received them. i called 4 weeks later, then again 6 weeks later getting the same response...Someone will call me back. It's now August 8th...STILL NO MATS!! I spoke with a lady named **** once, who said she would call back, and of course she never did. I asked for a refund, they told me that only a manager can give refunds. Can i speak to a manger...they will call you back, they never did. Now they know who i am so they immediately push me off the phone saying someone will call me back. I spent over $400 on their site. the only way I'm getting my money back is by opening a complaint with **************** to dispute the charges...Otherwise they would just steal my money...This is not a copmpany its scam artist.

    I would give them 0 stars if I could. Now that I am here adding a review, I see that I had the same experience as Aaron B in June 2022. The website states free shipping everywhere you look including the check out screen, the only place there is mention of possible other charges is in a read more section you have to click through that was pointed out to me by the company after my order was already accepted with free shipping. I even received an email confirmation stating free shipping was included on my order. If certain items are not included, it should be more clearly stated throughout their website including the check out screen(s). To email me after the fact stating I owe almost double what I already paid to cover shipping is a grand bait and switch tactic.

    I can’t give a review on the quality of this companies products. However I can review the quality of this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order for 2 gym mats and during checkout the website said that the order qualified for free shipping. A couple days later I was contacted by Rachel C****** and was told that I would have to pay an additional $135 for shipping and to fill out an attached form with my credit card information. After an email exchange with Rachel she informed me that all gym mats have a shipping surcharge and set me a screenshot of the terms on their website that stated “extra shipping charges may occur”. Well, one would think that if an order does not qualify for free shipping that would be calculated at checkout and the fact that the company actually contacts their customers after an order is confirmed to collect more money is appalling. Rachel did offer to split the shipping cost with me, but out of principle I would not accept. I would rather pay more for the same product with a company that is honest and up front with their customers. I went over to ******** ***** **** and got 25% off, plus free shipping!!! The order was only a few dollars more than what I had originally placed with Universal Floor Mats, but far less than what they tried to charge me with the shipping surcharge. Moreover, I have not yet received my refund and when I asked Rachel to cancel my order she got very rude and even tried to tell me what I had paid for the same product over at ******** ***** ****. Do better Universal Floor Mats.
