    This locksmith is a scam. The business name they have on ****** maps does not match what they have online. First they refused to provide a quote, then they called back and texted with a quote range for what it would cost, then they sent a "technician" who says the quote is wrong and it will be 4 times the amount of the quote. Then they come down to two times the quote, saying that it is a "commercial" doorknob (which it isn't), which is why it is more expensive. Then they make up that the text was referring to car lock-out amount instead of apartment, which it wasn't. They call from multiple untraceable phone numbers. The same number is seen on BBB here with a complaint from a completely different state. This is definitely a scam company, do not use it.
