  We had basement waterproofing with 58 Foundations and they did a great job. The crew (Paul, Hila, Rio, and another Paul) that installed the 58 system here were all very punctual, thorough, and efficient. Throughout the process they were communicative and thoughtful. We are excited that we won't have to worry about water in our basement any more.

  This company came to my house talking about being here for families and the screwed me over. They were suppose to come clean out my crawl space and that’s it. Then when the foreman showed up he told me about the humidifier and it would bring better air for my family. So I agreed. What he didn’t explain was that I would need an additional outlet put in my house. Then when the next foreman showed up to do the job, he also didn’t explain this issue. He just put it in the contract. Then I’d say about a couple months the unit blew and then when I called about it they sent another foreman. This one finally explained what was going on and he could tell I was NEVER informed before. So he got me the boss man number and she ignored my calls at first. Then she called back to let me know she couldn’t handle my issue and that the Presuwoils be calling. This was back in beginning of January. Straight garbage customer service.

  Great company! I rarely write reviews but I had such a positive experience with 58 Foundations that I feel compelled to share. I was referred to the company by a friend of mine who hired 58 to repair wall cracks in his basement. From the first call to the inspection with Matt to the work performed by the crew, I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality and professionalism of everyone I interacted with. I had my basement waterproofed and the work was done well and the system works! I highly recommend 58 to anyone.

  My husband and I debated whether to waterproof our basement, after 2 years of debating we finally bit the bullet and did it. After the recent rains we've had and the water destroying our basement carpet and boxes of decorations, we knew it was time to do something. We had three companies provide us quotes, and we chose 58 Foundations. They have a great reputation and I spoke with a neighbor who had a very positive experience. Mike did a great with the inspection and walked us through his plan, the crew came out the next week and did a fantastic job! The basement is clean and dry and now I'm no longer nervous when it rains! I highly recommend 58 Foundations.

  We had a terrible experience with 58 Foundations and we regret trusting this company with waterproofing and remediating mold on our basement . We were sold a premium service ($18k usd) and received a low level unprofessional service. We are now dealing with issues with their system including cracks in the concrete where they place the drains. 58 Foundations does have great and convincing sales pitches and tactics. The sales team will sell you a premium service and repeat multiple times how they fix the work other competitors do. Based on our experience, I will not recommend working with this company and this is why: -The crew assigned to our project was subcontracted, lacked training experience, and did not wear proper PPE when removing black mold (exposing themselves and us) -The foreman showed up to leave the crew and we didn't see him again. On the first day the crew also unknowingly and by mistake separated the ground system of the house and cut the electricity one side of the house (The cost to repair this issue= $2k USD) -We were assigned a different crew that finished the work rushed and perhaps that is why we are now seeing cracks in the concrete in multiple areas. Protect your investment and work with a company that cares about their customers and delivers on what was agreed and paid.

  We had a very positive experience with 58 Foundations. I've been dealing with water in my basement for a few years. I couldn't take it anymore! We contracted with 58 Foundations to have our basement waterproofed and they did a remarkable job preparing for the work, performing the work, and cleaning up after the work. The system works great and I love the warranty they offered, it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about water in my basement ever again. It was a relief to work with an honest contractor who delivered on my high expectations. Thank you!

  Best waterproofing contractor in Maryland! Sean and the team from 58 Foundations exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We had 3 contractors look at our basement and 58 came across as trustworthy and professional, and their proposed waterproofing solution was clear and simple. Their use of technology simplified the contract and financing process, and the work was completed the next week by a fantastic crew. The entire process was simple and easy, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Corey W***** and the crew from '58 Foundations did a remarkable job. Professional, courteous, and thorough. From set-up to installation to clean-up Corey and his crew were right on top of everything. Communication was great, work looks impeccable, and everything was completed ahead of schedule.
