    On May 10th, I received two quotes from USA Tree Service Inc. for removing a dead tree in my yard, which was deemed hazardous by a county inspector. I agreed to the lower quote as it included keeping the chopped wood for future use.David, the company representative, informed me that the tree removal team visited my property and decided the tree was too large to remove at the quoted price. This led to the cancellation of our signed agreement. It is perplexing that the company did not accurately assess the tree size initially, despite providing quotes weeks in advance.They were scheduled to perform the service on Wednesday, May 29th. However, their last-minute cancellation left me scrambling to find another service provider. Due to the urgency of the situation (the tree needed to be removed by May 31st), I had to hire a different company at a significantly higher cost, increasing the original price by $600.

    I had USA tree cut down a tree between two houses, with power lines below it. I wasn't there to watch, but the tree was gone and nothing was wrong. I had a much bigger tree that that over hung my house and I wanted the same people to remove it too. It was a huge tree (3 foot base) and they removed it in 2 hours. All the work was done with safety of themselves and my property as a priority. I wouldn't have expected them to landscape my property, but they swept, and blew all the evidence of the tree from my property and the road. It was more than I expected. I was very satisfied by the work, and would recommend them.
