    I would rate 0 stars if possible. We returned a dress within the time frame, followed all the rules, had constant contact with customer service. Up until the dress arrived at the "return" facility. I have all documentation and they now refuse to respond. They have had possession of the returned product for 2 months. This is now theft. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. This seems to be the only way to try and get our money back. Never order from this company. After leaving negative reviews, they sent another email stating they tried to refund my card, but there was an issue with their system. And in the same email offered me a 120% coupon. They couldn't pay me to order from them. They have no intention of refunding me for the dress that was returned to them.

    Ordered a dress for homecoming. Dress was nothing like the stock photo. It was totally see thru (was to be covered in jewels… and beads for skirt) no body wear will cover what needed covering. Messaged multiple times with no response. Hoping my credit card company will help get my money back

    My daughter ordered a dress for prom, and it was supposed to be delivered in 6-10 days. It arrived 35 days later after her prom. We sent several emails prior to receiving the dress inquiring about the delivery. No response. Finally, after getting it we emailed again to return. No response. This is ridiculous. I have warned my daughter to check sites out before ordering. We are still trying to get her money back.

    I placed an order with expedited shipping (3-5 days) on March 26, 2024. We received the dress on April 19, 2024. Once we received the dress, it looked different than what we saw online and the quality was terrible. I reached out to customer service several times with no response. It’s a shame. We ordered from them last year with no issues, but never again. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is terrible!

    I purchased my daughter’s prom dress on April 13, 2024. Paid for expresss shipping with *** $24.99 for the dress to arrive on Monday April 22, 2024. I’ve tried to email multiple times and no response. Even sent a screen shot of the package a still nothing. I’m now gonna seek counsel with my lawyer to see if anything is possible to hold this company accountable for their action.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered my daughter’s prom dress over a month ago and have been given canned responses on chats. I asked to be refunded and now they tell me it shipped but can’t provide a tracking number. Now I have to go shopping this weekend and spend money on a second dress and will never get the dress ordered from this fake company. My bad. Lesson learned….ALWAYS check out foreign companies. My card was charged immediately.

    Have requested a refund as policy stated with all information as well as in time period they gave.

    I ordered a standard size dress that does not fit. I have emailed customer service multiple times requesting return information with no response. I am now stuck with a dress that I can never wear and out $175. ZERO stars!!!

    Berlinnova is not a real company. Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered a prom dress and never received it. The compay has no phone number, and will not respond to emails. I have filed a complaint with ******. They did respond to my ****** complaint, saying that they did ship my order and gave a tracking number. The tracking number goes to a bogus delivery company and I get the message "number does not exist". Do not make the same mistake I made. Let's put these fraudulent "businesses" out of business!
