- Hear World will provide a refund (less actual shipping/handling/insurance charges) or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with a product. The item must be:
Returned in its original packaging, with all instructions and accessories, and in "like new" condition to receive a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns if this criteria is not met.
IMPORTANT: You MUST contact Hear World for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the return instructions before you ship it back.
If an ordered item is cancelled while in shipment or is refused acceptance on delivery, we will refund the item's cost LESS shipping charges upon return of the item to Hear World.
