  I live in an apartment complex where we have paid parking. Got a rental car on Saturday and by Sunday these idiots stolen it. Demanded $200 for its return. I was in a Hit and run a few weeks ago, where I broke my hand and had to have surgery recently, Was finally able to get a rental car so I could start driving in recuperating. Extremely uncooperative and unprofessional no apologies. No sorry about that. No nothing you know just giving you the money so we can extort you for more money. Their number doesnt work, And the staff is incredibly rude. Someone needs to get these MF off the street and put them in jail. This towing company is a complete scam and a toll rip off. They **** in the apartment complexes down here and pray, and the victims that live in these complexes welcome to the ghetto.

  Very unprofessional, says 24/7 but its not! Had us waiting to get our car after letting them know we were on the way and when we got there! I used to be a dispatcher for a tow company and I know that someone has to be on the property 24/7! Instead of letting us know we had to wait we got attitude for no reason what so ever

  This phone number is not the real company. Whoever created this page with that number is helping a credit card scammer steal cc information. Its not linked to any towing company. They pretend to be towing companies and ask for credit card payment over the phone and give a 45 minute ETA but never come. Please remove this number before more citizens are taken advantage of.

  They tow your car for no reason and then when you come to get your car they tell you that you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour before someone from their business arrives and releases the vehicle. The woman who usually answers the phone is also super rude and clearly doesnt know what customer service means. I hope this business gets shutdown and that their employees all gain some form of empathy.

  I wonder how much longer our beloved, considering we have another local official from Prince George's County running for a Congressional seat. Will tolerate below average if not failing oversight of these unethical property managers and above, below and behind the law so called towing companies who praise themselves with over 25 years of experience making the life of County constituents non peaceable. Fall 2023. Negative Star Rating; No Star Here.

  This is one of the most useless companies in PG county and they need to be reported. Fastlane towed my car illegally and when I spoke to their representative, he said his name was Terry, he was really terrible. This guy Terry cursed me and hung up the phone on me just because I disagree with his explanation. This guy said I should get someone else to call for my car because he is not going to speak to me regarding my car even when he was the one cursing and acting unprofessional. I had to call my husband to claim my car for me eventually.

  This company illegally towed my car from my apartment complex. According to my apartment lease, I can park 5 cars for free under pango parking (visitors parking). I only parked one car and it was towed. This company does not have any signs anywhere around my apartment complex as required by law stating their company name, phone number, etc. I had to call many towing companies, including the previous towing company and eventually the police before I found out that Fastlane towed my car. I called Fastlane towing company and the guy named Terry was extremely rude, he said he was the boss and can do anything and he hung up the phone on me because I was asking him questions he could not answer. This guy Terry said to me, "you are lying, you can park 25 cars under your name as long as you pay for it." This guy Terry also claimed that they have signs all over my apartment when there was clearly not a single sign regarding this company or their presence in the apartment. I got my husband to call and Terry told my husband that they just started towing for my apartment about 3 months ago. I have made videos of my apartment complex showing zero signs of any towing company even the old ones from the previous company.
