      Their monitoring only provides production data, but they dont catch or report to owner when system fails. I noticed that my system was not working for two weeks and I called for service. Dispatch gave me an appointment 6 weeks later which they did not show. Then after two weeks, Dispatch gave me a new appointment again in 6 weeks. Disappointingly terrible support for such a large investment in solar.

      Before install, I definitely felt they were very pushy & changed what I was told initially two to three times which was really frustrating. They are also located in ** & take VA residents yet complain about the traffic & the drive. That is not my fault & not my concern... I should not be bearing the burden of feeling guilty about it but they lay it in thick.Days before install I asked over email all what they needed access to so I could ensure everything was easy as my house is older & things like the utility room are cramped as I use them for storage. I was told just the attic, the roof, & the hot water heater. I cleaned out the entire area around the hot water heater & moved it into a nearby room trusting that there was no reason they needed to have access to the water shut off since they mentioned nothing of it. WithOUT my permission, they opened that room door, moved a bunch of stuff, broke things!!, & closed the door before they left without ever telling me that they went in there. When I went to move everything back & found out, I contacted them & was ignored.A bit after install, I noticed there was a bunch of leaves building up in their critter guard. I contacted them and they sent a person out who confirmed that it was improperly installed. They tried to fix it the best they could and said if I have any further problems to let them know. Months go by and it's building up again so I contact again, this time I am told that I will be charged a service fee if it is not their fault. I said I can't afford the service fee and they need to come fix it, it's been silenced since then and the requests for reviewing them that were sent at LEAST every 3 weeks also stopped. Hopefully this doesn't ruin my new roof!!I'm supposed to have guaranteed maintenance on this system and I'm being ignored so there's no way in good ***** I'd recommend this company. Nothing is as they claim during the first meeting and they don't stand behind their work either.

      Was supposed to get a refund check for referring someone who also had solar panels put in called several times and no refund given still

      I had a 48 panel 20K roof mount system go into service 1/2/2025. It worked for 3 days! It's been about a month now that I am unable to utilize my system. In that time 1 guy came out and trouble shot the system for about 1/2 day and he could not figure it out. No communication or advisement from the company. What a mistake I made dealing with Solar Energy World. Please be careful!

      Solar Energy World installed solar panels and two Tesla batteries. The installation went well until it didnt. I am still waiting for them to finish the work they started mid of October and as of today they have not finished, I am upset because since I got a loan with Dividend they told Dividend that the job was completed and Dividend sent them the money and started to charge me interest from October 17 . I feel that Solar should refund me for any interest I am charged until they truly finish the job.

      I had a great experience! ****** ******* ( my representative ) was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, even after business hours. The installation was quick and finished in one day. The longest delay was Met=Ed, in approving the installation and allowing me to turn the system on. I am leasing mine so, my monthly payment is always the same and, much much lower them my electric bill used to be.

      I was impressed that Solar Energy Worlds techs showed up 30 mins before their scheduled time. Each tech introduced themselves And ****** team lead explained what would be done. They completed work 3 hours later cleaned and gave me next steps. I cant wait to see the savings from switching to Solar energy in my home ! ***** *****

      I went solar with SolarEnergyWorld a couple of years ago.They were fast, curious, and very professional. And I've saved over $2,000 since our system has been turned on.Their whole team is so friendly and knowledgeable to work with. Especially representative - ***.Highly recommend!
