  Our AC went out yesterday and we had Air Lok come this morning. He came about a half hour early and he called us to let us know he would be arriving early. THAT is exactly how we wish everyone conducted their business.He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes, he discovered a loose wire. He gave us a discount and it was only $85 total.Very personable and gave us very detailed information about exactly what he did. A very detailed invoice was handed to us on the spot.We would highly recommend this company for any air conditioning problem you have.

  Over the summer my AC just stopped working I called Airlock hoping they could come out ASAP because it was going to be really hot out that day and I have a daycare so I desperately needed my AC that for the kids. Airlock came right out, fixed the AC and totally saved the day!!   Steve from airlock came out to house in a very timely manner after our air conditioning cut off. This was one of the hottest days of the year and with children at home we need our air conditioning fixed asap. Steve came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem and had air conditioning back on. He was very polite showed up quick and even had the parts on his truck! We couldn’t have been happier with his service.

  I called them on an emergency basis because I had no heat and could not get the thermostat or furnace to work. I have been in my home for 13 years, so apparently I knew how to adjust the thermostat to get the furnace to work and NOTHING. All night we were under heavy blankets as the temperature fell dramatically. The next day I called Airlok on an emergency basis and they came out immediately. I'm not good with names, but the technician did an outstanding job of checking everything and cleaning parts. He made sure my filter was good and explained everything during the entire process. He earned my trust and made me feel comfortable. After a few minutes, my heat was working perfectly. I was so happy. Their prices are very reasonable.
