  This debt collector never contacted me regarding a debt they say I owed. I seen I on my credit report and contacted them certified mail requesting they validate the debt and provide proof that the debt was valid, to provide it within 30 days and née received a response. I sent four certified request asking them to provide me with receipts, estimates , picture evidence that the debt was actually mine and valid, they never responded to my request . I also sent them proof that my move out date was incorrect and that the rent that was being charge was also incorrect. I provided them proof of my storage receipt along with my current apartment saying I was approved. I added a change of address form as well for evidence and still no response. This creditor is a scam and refuses to remove debts that are incorrect from someone who proves their claims credit. This creditor has violates the fair credit act and ca law. Which states I have a right to have incorrect information removed from my credit as well as a right to receive proof that the debt is valid. There are several provisions in the credit act that were violated by this creditor. I am taking necessary steps to hold this creditor accountable for not following ca law.

  I have no legal agreement with this company but they hit my credit report because the other fraudulent company they work along with. If you look up this company or the company they are trying to go after me about, all reviews mention the fraud. Not only that, we did not have a legal agreement with this company.

  This Collection agency is horrible I called them telling them that I financially cannot handle this and that the reason why I moved was because of hurricane Ian my car got totaled and I couldn’t go to work anymore. They of course didn’t care. I ask them if they would call the company and see if I can settle. They basically said they will not do that. I had a payment plan with them to pay $200 a month. I told him it was too much money and I could only do what I can. I missed one month of payment because I had to pay bills and they automatically sent me to collections. This collection agency is horrible and they really don’t care about what people can pay for and cannot pay for the Customer Service is horrendous they don’t care and they do not want to help you at all.

  My life is upside down because of this company, They have entered incorrect information on my credit report and I am paying dearly for it, this has been going on since 2017, I am even including a copy of the police report, this case is a fraudulent transaction where someone used my identity information to get an appartment, now after working and retiring from my job working for the Federal government, I can't even get a decent place to stay. The case # ************** ****

  This company is no good. None of their phone numbers listed on their website work. I have tried to contact them several times and have not heard from them. They have not contacted me once about my outstanding bill so I have no information and cannot login into their pathetic excuse for a website. I am literally trying to give them money right now and they are making it unbelievably difficult - all while this bill is currently bringing my credit score down. Get it together FCO!

  This company placed a fraudulent report on my minor child's credit report, which we discovered after she became an adult because we were not contacted (FCO has our correct address). We contacted two customer service representatives and the company refused to place a fraud alert on the account or work with us even after we identified the person who is using my daughter's identity. Two uncooperative agents would not help us unless my daughter gave out her social security number over the phone, which we are NOT required to do.

  I’ve received a letter from them requesting $4930 and was reduced to $1479. When I called to ask what was that about, he started asking me questions about my ss# and date of birth, when I refused to answer and told him I don’t know anything about the charges, he hung up. Very strange.

  FCO collecting for a move out fee. I began to make regular monthly payments and called to discuss the account. Granted it took a couple of months from their first notification but I had moved to a new city, started a new job and was trying to settle in. I am a single mom, receive no support from absent parent, receive no government assistance and I work hard. My issue is that AFTER I made three monthly payments (in a row) FCO turned it into all three credit reporting agencies and dropped my Credit score 50 points. Why do that to someone making an effort to pay their debt?! Shame on you FCO. I will continue to pay my debt in full because that's who I am but shame on you for hurting someone who was trying.
