    I brought my car in for an inspection. I later got a call that it had failed for a few mechanical problems (Tires, Brakes, Suspension). I agreed to have the car repaired there and for them to do another inspection. I need my car for work, they explained that if i brought my car in in the morning when they opened it would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. I brought it in first thing in the morning and dropped it off. I waited all day and never got an update. I ended up calling 15 minutes before they closed to get an update. It was only then that they told me that they had ordered the wrong parts and it was going to take until the next day to get the parts in. When the car was finally ready, I picked it up and they said nothing about the second inspections, so i assumed it passed. I went to the *** to get my registration and they told me I did not have a passed inspection for the car. I called the shop to clarify and they told me that the car had failed the second inspection because of some minor cosmetic damage to the exterior of the car. This was not discussed at all with me beforehand, they charged me for the second inspection knowing it was going to fail for something they never discussed with me. I talked to some people I know who are familiar with the inspection process and they explained there is no reason for the car to fail. I ened up taking my car to another shop and it passed with no problems. Reading reviews online, multiple people have had issues with this shop failing cars for issues that should not fail it for inspection.
