    This company is randomly seeking out people's cars to tow from different apartment complexes. My car was towed from an apartment complex in ********, **. by "Pro 2 Tow" Towing business. They stated that I did not have a Parking Pass displayed in my window. But there were approximately 5 other vehicles in the same parking lot and on the the same parking row as my vehicle that did NOT have a parking sticker displayed in their window. In which none of those vehicles were towed.I then contacted the business around 7:00a on August 13, 2024 to find out if they had my vehicle in their possession. Which they did. I arrived at the towing business address of "********************************************************** Ave, ******, MD." at approximately 7:30a and no one was there. I had tpo call the business number at least 20 times before anyone answered. In which I was told that they were going to send someone out to release my vehicle. No one showed up to business until around 9:15a. But the business hours on the front of the business clearly displays that they are supposed to be open from 6:00a - 12:00 -Midnight. So all in all I had 2 wait over 2 hours to get my vehicle. In addtiton to me having to call the Prince ******** ************************ and have them meet me in front of the business in order to get my vehicle released. Because the dispatcher starting getting irritated and disrespectful with me and hung up on me twice, while I was only trying to require information and retrieve my vehicle back from them;. I honestly, believe that this not a legitimate business and that they are taking people's money by towing their vehicles at random and then putting them through kayos to get their vehicles back.
