    This location failed to proved me with a vehicle. They did not offer me an alternative vehicle and did not offer to get a vehicle to this location or provide me transportation to get me to where a vehicle was. The office staff treated me in an openly racist manner and refused to acknowledge me when I entered and waited in the lobby. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and their blatant racism in dealing with a customer who did not share their racial identity. This was the single most disgusting customer service experience I have ever had.
