    I paid 1000 dollars for the concierge service to help me buy a car. It took them 6 weeks to hep me look at 3 vehicles. Everyday i was waiting by the phone for them to take the next step to move forward. On the third car and the one I purchased, I was rushed into accepting a sub- par inspection to save time. When the car arrived i immediately had to drop it off at a Transmission shop because the torque converter is falling apart. The car is a lemon until come up with 3 grand to rebuild the trans. instead of helping me fix the problem CarEdge just refunded me the grand I paid them to cut their ties of responsibility to me. If you need to do something important like buy a car. Do it yourself, good chance they'll make it worse
