  My daughter switched schools this past year because she wanted to focus on contemporary and lyrical. It was difficult to get ahold of someone and have our calls returned but eventually got to Pricilla, one of the owners. We joined and immediately had issues That I was patient with but ultimately set us up for failure being new. I was never on the email list and missed the first team meeting. Then was never placed on the Google calendar which notified parents of important dates, and only received notifications on their band app which only left me a couple days. I had questions and wanted to meet w one of the owners. It took almost 2 weeks of texts, emails, leaving messages w the secretary and leaving voicemails on their land line with no success until I responded about wanting to talk to one of them on a group message. That meeting never happened. Their communication is horrible. Talking to two other parents I know, they have had the same experiences and had pulled their girls out. Thank goodness for the room mom but she obviously can't address all my issues or answer questions. Be aware of all the fees the charge. In the handbook it doesn't give ranges. Just "fees". Including a choreographer fee for the dances if they hire someone outside which I COMPLETELY understand. But this year they wanted to charge us $175 fee for a dance that was taught last year by an in-house teacher. Yet charging people despite the handbook. My daughter would come in the car crying after some of the girls would mock her in class. Pricsilla the owner even confirmed that they had "multiple issues" with the one student. Yet the behavior continues. My daughter chose to leave bc she felt uncomfortable with the frequent gossip from even the teachers and students along with not feeling welcome. I talked to pricsilla that day who said she'd refund us since we payed the whole year and only got a partial refund which I still had to struggle to get. Now the other owner claiming we owe money.
