"If I can give zero stars I will… I order my son banquet outfit a week in advance from Zara it supposed to be here on 23rd nobody can tell me where my stuff is at… the supervisor kept lying one minute it’s out on delivery next it’s not… I will never in life do business with this shipping company nor Zara again… this is the wrost experience I ever had… I will be taking legal action and also will be reporting y’all to the bb as well"
