    I wish I looked on here sooner as the previous post by ******* is exactly what I am dealing with right now. I paid promptly the $450 for filing my return and amended return for last year back in March and now I can not get a response other than the same stories and run around. According to the IRS site, returns can be tracked within 24-48 hours of filing. To date, nothing is showing and she will not respond to phone calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, PayPal request for refund, etc.

    0 stars-THINK TWICE !! BEAWARE!!!! I had paid Debbie her fee of $250 for her to do our taxes. We sent her all of our information and she replied with our tax refund info. A month later I had reached out to her about getting our tax confirmation, tax forms and tax summary back. She had told me she was driving to Texas and she would send when she go back. I waited and heard nothing , I reached out and she ignored my million of messages, phone calls and than she responded she was driving back from somewhere else and she would send later. I waited - i got nothing. I reached out by phone calls, texts AGAIN nothing and than she would respond by she was being released from the hospital because she got in a accident that morning but when she got home she would send. AGAIN NOTHING... Needless to say I reached out again and again and she said she was at a funeral parlor, almost impaled by a tree, tire came off car and list goes on and that she filed our taxes and would send info to me. Needless to say this was all in a month and she rarely responded but if she did it was an excuse or lie. Finally, she sends self prepared tax forms with wrong info and nothing else. ..I reached out and asked if they were filed and they had wrong info...I heard NOTHING. She took our 250 and didn't follow through. If she filed as she says...why wouldn't she send me our info or confirmation or even respond to my million calls and messages .VERY Weird. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and meanwhile I was very patient and kind but enough is enough!!
