after cancelling service last year, they continue to charge me for termite control. I have since paid for the service, yet they want to continue to charge me for 2 more months of service when none is being received. I was then put on hold and told bye sales rep he would make things right. Comes back and offers a $350 cancellation fee as a resolve when if i paid as they asked for 2 more months it would cost me $118.00. Poor service, horrible company and customer service is even worse!!Review fromElena S

Worst service ever, a year of service and the pest never stopped, sent me to collection after we paid them for the services and after that they withdrew more money form my bank account. Also, a person they sent to the rental property was acting inappropriately with my tenant, asking her for private information.

This business lacks integrity. The technician came out when there were 8 inches of snow on the ground to treat the bug and pest; I told him it was not a good time, which I would have thought he would know. Apparently, he came back 2 days later when no one was home and treated the snow without even accessing the backyard, inside the house, or the garage. The technician failed to explain the work performed or the reasons for the chosen methods, leaving the customer feeling uninformed and distrustful. I called the headquarters, and they said it counts as a treatment with no follow-up or resolution, just a waste of money. We have not received any treatment for 3 months despite paying $60 monthly, and when asked if we could at least get sticky pads, they refused. I would not recommend this companypoor customer ********************** and integrity. I can't even verify that they treated our home well.Frontline Pest Control & Lawn Service
