Supreme Service Today solicited a free furnace check-up. I had a monthly service plan. They installed 2 new HVAC systems in my home in 2016. When they come for service, they like to take pictures and videos and tell you something is REALLY wrong. Their philosophy is to give 3 quotes highest to lowest. The quotes are astronomical. In my case it was $38,000, $26,000 and $8,000. I was told my HVAC was CO2 reading was 500 and it should read 50. They had a video of the tech using this gauge that looked like he was pumping abd it has a digital reading going up to 500 and then down to like 200. It resulted in them shutting my gas off for the unit and putting a DANGER tag on it. When I pushed back on the quotes and said I’m going to get another estimate, they doubled-down and got the owner, Alex on the phone. He tells me they have a great relationship with the vendor. He calls bank in 5 minutes and said they can install a new system they have in stock for $4,500. Like most people, I’m not educated and take the bait. After giving the whole experience more thought after they left, I had a feeling something was not right. I had another HVAC company come the next day to perform an independent review of my systems and he used a handheld machine to detect my CO2 and it was 0. When I described what they filmed, this technician had no idea what they did. Needless to say it was all BS. When he checked the 2nd system, he found these wires hanging with a small metal plate attached that is supposed to be screwed in. The Suprene Air technician had to leave it that way purposely. It was impossible to overlook before putting the cover back on. When I called Supreme to cancel, they of course apologized. One would think I’d get a call from the owner , Alex the very next day explaining what happened and apologizing. Crickets. He knows I caught them trying to rip me off for $4,500. For all current customers and those looking for a new HVAC Company, you’ve been warned.Supreme Service Today

First, we would like to emphasize that our technicians are trained to provide honest, thorough, and accurate assessments during every service call. We conduct comprehensive inspections of customers systems to ensure safety and functionality, and we always aim to provide you with the most accurate information. Regarding the CO2 reading, our technicians use calibrated and precise equipment to assess safety levels. If a potential hazard was detected, our responsibility is to act in the best interest of the customer's safety, which is why the unit was tagged for further attention. Especially when one of the customers complaints were head aches. We understand that the quotes he received may have felt overwhelming, and we apologize if they were not clearly communicated. Our goal is to provide options tailored to our customers needs, but we recognize the importance of presenting them in a manner that is easy to understand. We fully respect his decision to seek a second opinion, and we are glad that he was able to find clarity with another technician. However, with pictures and videos of our readings and equipment. We stand by our findings of a cracked heat exchanger. We also regret the delay in follow-up communication from the owner. It is our policy to ensure timely and consistent follow-up after service calls, and we apologize for not meeting that standard in his case. We did however live up to or 100% Quality guarantee, We issued a refund of $2500 back to the customer.Review fromMichelle H

I purchases the yearly package, including the spring/winter inspection and 1 plumbing inspection. It was extremely hard to schedule all appointments, as they only schedule appointments during the work day (nine-five) and don't offer any flexibility (which I was unaware of when purchasing the package). When I called to schedule my winter portion (the last part of the yearly package), I inquired if I could cancel my package/ possibly be partially reimbursed, in which two different people said that they would submit an urgent request in which management would get back to me. I have yet to receive a call back from management. When I called to attempt to schedule the winter inspection appointment, Buddy was helpful and informed me that a reimbursement was not an option, as they are running a business and it is my responsibility to figure out a time that works in my schedule. I inquired about what would happen if the winter months passed (as we are at the end of February) and he informed me that I would eat the cost and that there is nothing they would be able to do. I do NOT recommend this company, as their customer service is not reliable. I spoke with Shy and Mia, both kind, but did not provide proper information. Lastly, I send an email their information email stating that I want to ensure my yearly membership is NOT renewed in March, and I am still awaiting a response.Supreme Service Today

I am writing to address the recent review submitted about our company. We take customer feedback very seriously and strive to maintain excellent communication with all of our clients. After carefully reviewing the matter, I would like to clarify the situation and provide some important context. The customer in question mentioned that they had difficulty receiving contact from us. Upon further investigation, we discovered that our emails had inadvertently been directed to their spam folder, which resulted in a not receiving or confirmation emails. We sincerely apologized for this. We understand how it may have led to frustration on her part. She has since removed this review from google. We would like to assure you that this issue was not intentional, and we have since taken steps to prevent any future communication issues. Very bad experience with Supreme to put it mildly. They installed a water heater about 3 years ago. The hot water connector started leaking within a year! Recently they installed an exhaust for the heater that was not to code as attested by *** folks. It had to be re-installed. When we complained to Supreme about it they wouldn't reply despite reminder. Their lack of concern for safety and quality is alarming. AnthonyReview fromDottie G

When l called Supreme they said they were knowledgeable and familiar with my hybrid type of water heater and could fix it or tell me what was wrong. They also would charge $49.00 to come out which would go towards the repair. When the technician arrived he said "what is that on the top of it". He had never seen a hybrid water heater before and had no idea what to do. He called his manager who immediately tried to sell me a new one at a high price. I said no and paid the $49.00 to be rid of him. Supreme is scam. They take advantage of older people l being 80. They should be written up at the Better Business Bureau as such. They are doing a terrible disservice to all plumbers and giving them a bad name. They are a worthless SCAM!!Supreme Service Today
