"I wouldn’t use these people for absolutely nothing, the same rude lady is still answering the phone and lies through her teeth about the ETA of your cab, doesn’t matter if you preorder call in advance ETC this place will have to work for work and claim they never got the order. I don’t even use the cabs in Hagerstown like everyone else I use **** made the mistake in calling these people after not using them in years cause No ***** where available been waiting for over an hr as I’m writing this called them and the dispatcher had No clue of my ride ordered." ...
