    4 State Electronics Services came to my house to do warranty work for a refrigerator I just purchased. As with most warranty work, I did not get to choose which company came to look at the refrigerator for repairs, so I am always a bit hesitant to who they send. After the repair, I was glad they sent 4 State Electronics Services to do the repairs. In addition to the description I gave to the company, he also called me to hear my description and ask additional questions. When we arrived, he told me he also looked at the Service Bulletins for this refrigerator to see what issues others were having. Based on these bulletins and my description, he had some parts ordered and shipped to my house so he could fix it in one day instead of having to order parts one day and install the parts another day. While troubleshooting the issue I reported, he found another issue that I would not have known about and fixed that as well. Before he left, he shared with me what he found and what he did--provided a lot of customer education. It has been a month since he made the repairs and my refrigerator has been working great since. Highly recommend.
