"Not only was everyone in the main office rude and super unhelpful - finding out after management company's changed that I had a parking spot I've been paying a tax on for over 3 years and didn't know. When I questioned the office about the parking tax (I pay for a garage and was confused why I also had to pay for parking tax) - the main was office was dismissive and said "it's standard" Now I'm out over $500 for a spot I never knew I had and now new management is taking away because I have the garage." ...
