    I normally have my manicure and pedicure at the ******** location. This past Wednesday (1/15) I requested a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows shape up. I notified ******* that I was disappointed in the eyebrow shape up and her reply was Im sorry. The next issue was the callus removal was not removed from the right side of my foot and when asked to have it done I was told NO. As customers we spend a lot of money on our ******************** and it wouldnt not have taken her no more than 2 minutes to address my issue. TO THE PATRIOTS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT LET THE **** KNOW WHAT NEED TO BE DONE BEFORE HAVING ANY SERVICES AND TOUCH THE **** OF CONCERN THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER THERE ARE FAR MORE PLACES LESS EXPENSIVE THAT ARE NICER AND THEY OFFER DRINKS , WINE AND SNACKS.
