    Jacob and his crew were incredible! They were extremely careful not to damage any property. They cleaned up incredibly well. Nothing but professionalism from him and his crew. I would gladly use them again if I need this type of service!

    He was hired to cut down my tree and have the stump completely removed. It wasn’t completely removed. I call him several times, worst customer service. Then he said he sent someone out, but I have small little trees growing from the root and the reason he was called is to cut the tree because the roots were growing towards my house. He has not came back.

    I contacted Jacob with 1 Tree Services on 11/1/22 after I saw his truck at our neighbor's home a couple days prior. We had 4 trees to be removed and 1 tree that needed trimming, which the branches were hanging over our neighbor's house. We've had other services give us estimates, but we kept putting it off because of the expense. Jacob came by on 11/2/22, gave the most fantastic estimate which included the stump grindings and trees removed. We agreed for him to come the next day at 9am. He actually arrived at 8:30, ready with his crew. He was asked to trim another tall tree where branches were hanging over our house. It was extra but it was worth it. We have already referred 1 Tree Services to some friends. Needless to say, we were and are very satisfied with his professionalism and the cost!
