      The store neglected to make right what they wronged to my car. They were to make and program a new fob key for my car. Instead they deactivated my original key so after 4 hour of being there they said they would pay for the tow to the shop. I had many apologies from the girl knowing she did wrong…so after 4 hour now 9pm I had to call a tow truck and to to Glen Burnie Nissan to have fixed the next day…So it will cost me $150. Towing and $1457. For the key fobs that was to be made at *** **** ***** and all destroyed by the person that was to make it right in the beginning…now ACE only wants to pay $150. Towing bill and not take responsibility for the person that destroyed my key fob holder and MY key fob that I’ve been using for 12 years…ACE is not accepting responsibility

      Went in for a second key fob. I left with no key fob working and had to have car towed. The key fob I drove to Ace with didn’t work when I left.
