    This was the worst experience I've ever had at a car repair facility. I can't even begin to explain how awful this has been. I came in for a brake job at 0811 and the shop wanted to charge me 1700 for pads, rotors and calipers. It took 5.5 hours for them to do the job on 3.16.24. When I left the brake light came on while I was driving on the highway and the brakes didn't even stop correct. I had to take the car back on 3.17.24 at 1034 and surprise their mechanic hadn't even shown up yet...what? You're open but you don't have people to work? The smell of burning metal was emanating from the rear brakes. Even Chris the customer rep admitted something wasn't right and no brakes should smell like that I had prior plans on both days and had to sacrifice my weekend and my plans. They told me it was a problem with the part and they'd have to order a new one. I've requested they change out all the new parts as I suspect they are damaged from being installed improperly. I'm writing this review Monday 3.18.24. I CAN'T GO TO WORK BECAUSE my car is still not fixed and they did not provide a loaner. I really can't get over how awful an experience this has been. I regret using Jiffy Lube for this repair. If I could go back in time I would use any other repair shop on this earth. I wish I could give you a Negative 15 this has been so awful. I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever again. Nothing has been made right. I'm going to have to have another mechanic at another shop check your work after this that's how bad/inexperienced I think your mechanics are. And management did not do a good job of managing this at all. I'm beyond disappointed.
