    Had this mobile company out to do a basic cleaning. They determined that the 5 dog hairs in the car constituted for an additional $ $100.00 charge. I included in the notes when i registered that if they planned to charge anything additional to run it by me first. The second the car door opened immediately I was told there would be a fee. I said no thank you to their services and requested a refund. A few hours later I get a credit to my account for half the money i paid. (I paid 75.00 and received 37.50 back. Im local (in GB). They took 37.50 (1/2). Be careful folks.. you too could get scammed out of your money. They were there for no more than maybe 5 minutes.. did literally no work and took me for 1/2. I've been cheated out of my hard earned money!!

    Thank you for your review. I apologize that you misunderstood the acknowledgements that you signed on our website. We will have our team look at our Terms and Conditions, specifically our acknowledgement statements to ensure inclusive verbiage that our customers will understand what it means when they check to confirm that they have read and understand the acknowledgements on our website.
    Just to explain a bit more on the BKW Ultimate Detailing price schematics, there is an up-charge that is paid by the customer if there is any amount of pet hair and/or bodily fluids in the vehicle. That up-charge starts at $100 in addition to the cost of the service. This upcharge will cover the costly sanitation process required before using our equipment in another vehicle. This step is required to protect our customers and cannot be omitted.
    We also have a no refund policy on our website if the customer cancels their appointment after we arrive. It was still decided to refund you part of your payment based on the interaction.
    BKW Ultimate Detailing is a licensed, legitimate business and we pride ourselves on being a small but fair business that would never scam or take money from customers unless we deliver the service requested or based on the terms and conditions on our website.
    Our business has Terms and Conditions to support certain steps in our processes and to ensure fairness to our customers and the BKW employees.
