    We were looking forward to bringing in a new company and we worked hard getting ready for the first visit, which Mike, the owner, said would be a 2-3 hour deep clean, with a 2-3 person team. After that, our monthly cleaning would be 1-1.5 hours with the same team each time. He said that at least one person on each team is fluent in English. What we experienced in this “Deep Cleaning” was a visit from 3 persons who stayed a little less than one hour, cleaned pretty much nothing and not one person was fluent in English. Such a bad experience, we were not willing to have them return the next week for a redo (though they DID offer). This first visit was their time to make a great impression. Anything that WAS actually touched with a cleaning rag was done so with a very light touch, leaving filth behind.
