    David/Advanta Clean was very respectively when demonstrating his professionalism in mold inspection and remediation. He arrived promptly to assess the damage. The plumber had cut a section of the ceiling drywall to locate the source of the water damage. The cut was on an angle. However, David straightens the drywall into a perfect square. This showed his care for my property as well as placing drop-down clothes to protect my carpet and cleaning up behind themselves. He disposed of the mold material and other trash. He explained his process and was willing to answer all my questions. He is a unique guy and cares deeply about others. His moral compass is very rare to see in today's world. It was a pleasure to have met him. Additionally, he noticed air escaping from my HVAC system; he patched it with the necessary material at no additional charge. This saved me from having to contract an HVAC company. The cost was very reasonable!!!!! Annette O

We truly do care about our customers and want nothing more than to make your home Clean, Safe, Dry and ready for you to have the rebuild/repairs done as soon as we remove our equipment. The homeowner or their repair contractor should never have to remove anything or clean anything before they can start their work. We will Always do what is right for our customers.
