      I’m being charged a 35 dollar fee for there incompetence. Story>>
      So I had this company come in a fix a pipe Burst and at the end of the service we wanted to pay with debit card. When they called the office to give them my card info they said no body answered so we would have to write a check . We wrote the check and they tried to cash it a few days later where I guess it bounced .
      Now they want to charge me 35 dollars for their incompetence after not being able to charge my card in the first place. The lady on the phone called screaming at me that my check had bounced and was accusing me of giving excuses, and making assumptions about my character (which I thought was extremely unprofessional) . I told them I would decline to pay the 35 dollar fee but was happy to pay them for the service with my debit card. I was then told that they will take me to court over this 35 dollars. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and I would highly recommend NOT hiring this service.
