    VICTOR DOHERT came to repair my furance on Jan. 2, 2025. He cleaned the flame sensor. I knew that would not keep it working. So he stated that if it stopped working within 30 days, then he would come back to fix it with no charge. He then asked for payment of $150. I reminded him that during our phone call the day before that he stated that it would be $85. Then he accepted the $85 payment. The next day the furance stopped working. I texted and informed him that. He called and stated that it was my thermostat. He advised me on which thermostat to purchase (a Google Learning Nest) and that he would come back to install it. I have been calling and texting him with no response. I called him from a different number and he stated that he has to "check his schedule" and never called/texted back. It has been over a week, I have paid for his service that has not fixed my unit. Spent over $200 for thermostats and I am still sitting in my house with no heat. I have sat in my house through winter storms with below 30 degree weather.

    I paid Doherty Enterprise, LLC a large deposit to install a new HVAC system in my home. The work was to begin a few days later. He was specifically told the work had to be done on a certain day. He was told this repeatedly. It is now over two months later and he has constantly lied about the reasons why. I've asked for the return of my deposit and, of course, never received it. He has been totally deceitful. I've proceeded legally and notified Department of Labor's Division Of Occupational And Professional Licensing - Maryland Home Improvement Commission.
