"A few months ago this company was sent to do pest control by my leasing office they had recently switched from orkin for whatever reason back to Kenmore which I didn't see the need to since the last time they were hired to services property to track record wasn't so good now on the damn question I found out that I was the fourth person to complain about their pest control services my complaint was the day destroyed a family heirloom which has been in the family for over 100 years now I've been back and forth for months trying to get them to pay for it send it in the estimate for repair or replacement I got off the phone with them today the best they can do is a check for $100 or a gift card which for months they've been saying oh we're cutting the check right now as we speak but have seen no high no hair of it in the person on the other on the phone was very dismissive and very nonchalant so I would not recommend this business to anyone but yet the person on the phone also says they have no record of my complaint nor the estimate which I have text and email proving otherwise they're dishonest their service is subpar and should be avoided at all cost you'll end up paying more in the long run because they are terrible at their job p"
