They kept us waiting for 5 weeks for a permit from the county for some electrical work. After five weeks, they called to say that they did not have an electrician who would be able to complete the work and backed out of the contract. On follow-up, they then told us that they had never even applied for the permit from the county, leaving me at square zero with 5 weeks of lost time.Handyman On Call, LLC

I am very much pleased with the job performance. The two gentlemen were on time and very professional. However, I was not pleased with the 3% transaction fee I had to pay just because I paid with a card. The card was a "debit" card... because You got your money immediately but I had to pay extra because you didn't have to wait on your money. Just another clever way of obtaining more money.Handyman On Call, LLC

If you need work done on your home, this is the company you need to book. This company was amazing to work. The work is phenomenal, and the customer service is A+. Erik became my new best friend with the amount of calls I made to him! He was so patient in helping me with what I need to get done as far as paperwork and repairs in order to sell my house. By far the best experience! Paul is the estimator and he is always helpful and honest with the work that needs to be done, and the owner himself came out to do work and was very easy to work with. I would like to share that this was by far the best service I have ever received. I work in a customer focused profession, and know what great customer service looks like. I enjoyed all aspects of this company. The folks at the headquarters office always remained in touch with me, they even called while the work was being done to ensure all was well. Erik called me often to get things scheduled and work through the logistics. So professional and just overall amazing! I loved working with Paul! He was the estimator, he was always honest about the work that I needed to get done (and there was a lot)! He worked with me, heard me out and made great recommendations on what I needed to do! He was always on time, very efficient, professional and great overall! The guys performing the work, were all amazing! Very professional, hard workers and I was very pleased with the work itself! I would highly recommend this company. I’ve experienced poor service on getting work done on my house and some good work. This was by far the best, easiest company to work with. The pricing for all of my work was reasonable as well. I just want to say thanks to Handyman on Call for helping me with this project! It truly means a lot. Thanks for being so professional!
