  I had this company out to price fixing some cosmetic cracks in the basement. The price for that was just over $300. They recommended a bunch of other things that brought the bill to around $7k (sump battery back up, drainage, dehumidifier, etc).
  I just wanted to do the repair for the cracks. I received a revised quote for $1,900. I was blown away.
  I personally would not recommend this company. I feel as though that is a deceptive business practice.

  Shawn,Matt and Kevin were fantastic..very efficient..explained every part of what was to be done thoroughly..left everything as clean as it was before if not cleaner..pleasant and knowledgeable..would recommend

  Bernie, Fernando and Jose did a superb job! They are respectful, courteous workers and cleaned up really well.   I've been dealing with the fall out from a large tree falling on my home and Basement Systems has given me peace of mind that my home was being repaired by professionals.
  I've had 2 different crews out here to do major structural repair work and both sets of guys were top notch and got the job done.
  The office staff has been great to work with as well. You can tell that the company has a good culture, the employees enjoy working there and take pride in their work.
  Everything about the home inspection, quote, sales, repair work and follow up is transparent and systemic. I'll recommend this company to anyone that has a basement problem.

  My new old house (1967) was made livable by Pete W******'s Basement Systems in 2015 and we have been very satisfied customers ever since. Initially Basement Systems removed the mold from the crawl space under the living room, the paneled basement, and tiled shower stall. At that time we purchased the ******** dehumidifier for our basement and it still works like new almost 8 years later.
  When we noticed an unpleasant odor in the living room once we began using air conditioning Pete W****** was able to identify the source (a harmless yet stinky gas arising from the Earth)and he diminished it by installing a fan used for radon mitigation.
  I continue to use Basement Systems to service the ******** and highly recommend them.

  Basement Systems went above and beyond with the installation of our home radon mitigation system. Our property is from 1885, with multiple additions to the original home. That meant there were multiple levels in our basement, some finished and other parts unfinished. Our levels were way high, and we needed to get them down in order to sell our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the hard work, dedication, and commitment to get the job done from Basement Systems. From Ashley in the office, who was patient and communicative with us, to Jordan the lead install technician, who troubleshooter over and over to figure out what would work best, to Cam the support personnel who finally shared our levels were under the requirements... we want to thank EVERYONE on the team! Highly recommended and would definitely use this group in our future properties. Thank you!
