This company was assigned to us via our homeowners insurance. I received a call at 9:30 pm on 8/10 from Ken stating that they were assigned to us and please return the call to set up getting started. I called them back on 8/11 around 9:00 am. A woman answered the phone "hello" and I said that I was trying to reach Showcase. She replied, that us. Not very professional but okay... She asked what the situation was. Which insurance told them, but I explained and she either truly didn't get it or was just being condescending. Ken then get on the phone, I explain, he said he understands. Great!! He then replied he would reach out to his crews to see when they could get out and call me back. Fast forward to 2:30 pm, I called, no answer. Texted, no reply. Called again around 4:30 pm and left message. Ken returns call at 5:19 pm. He said that they are unable to do the job and they are booked. I then asked him why he called me to set up the job in the first place? He replied with, "because you called me twice." Sir I called you only because you called me to set up the job! Just wanted to warn any future potential clients. My opinion is just over all unprofessional. Especially when dealing with clients that just had something terrible happen to their home.

We were assigned to go out to the P*****'s by a third party service program that works with insurance companies and contractors to do water mitigation and repairs following mitigation. Because of major storm activity at the time, we had turned our company off (temporarily) for water mitigation assignments prior to receiving Mrs. P*****'s assignment/phone call. At that time, we did not have additional personnel/equipment capacity to service more of these types of emergency service jobs. We told Mrs. P***** that we were backed up, but that we would try to find any available technicians in order to help her if we could. When the P*****'s called us back the next morning, we let them know that we could not help at that time, and we suggested that they reach out to their insurance company to have their claim reassigned. We had mistakenly received the claim, and did reach out to this insured right away and attempted to help. When Mrs. P***** states that a woman answered the phone "hello" , yes that's correct ,but she called the office manager's personal cell phone, not the business phone number. We were never rude in any way or condescending to Mrs. P*****. Unfortunately we were not able to help her at the time that she needed.
