"Our first encounter with the salesman he was very professional well spoken he up graded our roof amd gave us 5 plywood upgrade the problem was when they came out to do the work I thought it would be veterans that need work it was two foreigners and one had his wife or girlfriend witch was very unprofessional they didn't bring the wood or the upgrade wood that was in our contract we try to the salesman un able to the was about to start putting the roof on and we had to stop them we had to call the company itself to get them to replace the roof and the wood the right way and replace the bad wood that needed it all the two guy amd there wife or girlfriend wanted to do was get out and leave I can still feel soft spots in my roof and still wounder if it's done right and can't afford to pull it up to look we'll see what happens when it snow this winter"
