      On Dec 18th I made a payment for $77.25 for my January/March invoice. Their service picked up trash on the first two Fridays in January. After that, they did not pick-up trash for 3 weeks. I called each week and I did not get a response nor did they pick-up my trash which sat on the road for 3 Fridays. After three weeks of no response or trash pick-up, I called another service and paid them for the same quarter of trash pickup that I already paid to Ecology Services. Prior to this occurrence, I have had to call 5 times for missed pickups. In the meantime, they have billed me in March for the next quarter and while they only made two pickups in the first quarter of the year. They do not have an email address for their Maryland office either so sending a cancellation notice via email is impossible. BEWARE of using this service.

      I am currently in a new community in Howard County and have experienced this company since around November 2023/December 2024. They have consistently caused issues with not being consistent with their pick up days. They caused trash to drop on the ground and did not pick it up and ensure it was gone and caused an accumulation of trash being left out in the open and caused the trash container to be half way full after every pick up. They missed a pick up and then lied and said they came and we had to report to the HOA with pictures that it was false. Long story short do not use this service. They are dishonest and try and cause issues on purpose to attempt to get paid for extra pick ups.

      I have been with this company over 5 years and I recently decided to call and complaint about their service and trash men. Lord the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. A lady by the name of Linda not sure if she’s the owners daughters, wife or just a true *****! I sent an email expressing my concern about the trash men leaving all of the trash scatter in front of house instead of my house. Also express how the trash was never picked up on its trash day etc. Linda didn’t care yo hear. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PICK IP YOUR TRASH! Unless you don’t mind being talked to in rude manners! In my email I request to cancel service and instead being a really company that cares about its customers! They never replied to the email, or phone messages instead just mailed me a check instead of addressing the issues. What a crappy company!

      Horrible! Without sending a bill on TWO occasions, our trash pickup was suspended. The woman who answers the phone has no personality and no customer service training - curt, angry and not helpful. She informed me that my account was delinquent for non-payment and TERMINATED. To “reinstate” I would need to pay $25. (I’ve been a customer for several years. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she didn’t have one. “Oh, so you own the company?” “Well, no”. Then she refused to give me the owner’s name. Business phone goes unanswered most of. Multiple messages left to get a reply failed. Seems they have enough business and don’t need mine. I can assure you this trash business is NOT picking up and it stinks.

      Our community has contracted with this company for trash and recycling collection over several years. They frequently do not differentiate between trash and recycling, regularly just tossing the recycling into the trash receptacle even though our residents go to the effort of separating the two. Their customer service reaction to a complaint about this was abysmal - no effort to resolve the problem. They basically said”prove it”.
