    I have tried getting in touch with this company several times over the past several months. When we signed up several years ago, we never had an issue getting anyone on the phone. Now that we have been a customer for several years, their "existing customer" customer support is horrible. I have been trying to cancel for months. I have not used the service in over a year. Not one new account entered, not one job or project managed through their platform. I finally am able to work with a customer service rep to cancel and she tells me that I can cancel at the end of 2025 (here we are in Jan of 2025) and I will have to continue to pay my monthly fee no matter what. When I started with this company, I had no such agreement, but over time they have changed their user agreements and all the fine print essentially says that I am on a contract, even though I have never signed one with them (I used to be with the original company that they purchased, and that contract was only month to month). Horrible service. They make people feel trapped. They charge for services I am not even using. There is no ability to rationally talk to them and explain my situation and have exception given. Its basically a scam in my opinion. I never signed a contract, yet I am bound to one simply because they send out electronic terms and contitions that bind current customers when every last fine print word isn't read. Horrible way to do business and I want all to know to beware. The software is not very good, which is why I don't use it anymore, but when you want to cancel, you are stuck for an whole additional year. Bad business if you ask me. I would have loved to avoid writing this review, but they wouldn't even try to hear me out.
