Consumers alleged that when requested a refund, was advised would receive refund but a significant number have not received the promised refund.)
*Customer Service Issues (Consumers allege that there was a failure to communicate update the status of their refunds or general questions about their account with the business.)
*Billing and Collection Issues (Consumers allege that the business collected monies for cruises that were ultimately canceled due to COVID/Omicron variant)
*Service Issues (Consumers allege that the business has failed to provide services. Consumer also allege that when cruises were canceled and advised that they can transfer to the next year, the next year cruise was also canceled and some have yet to receive a refund)

"I accidentally forgot that I had paid a down payment for the February 2024 jazz festival on my credit card so when I saw the charge on my online statement I immediately called the vendor's number but had to leave a message. "Capital Jazz should be bought in front of The Supreme Court and barred from ever holding any kind of music festival involving patronage. I still haven't received my refund from the cruise nor any information."
