    Ordered flowers for a funeral
    The flowers never arrived and we’re not at the funeral home. Contacted Rutland and was sent to a answering service after several attempts to contact. Finally the answering service guy transferred me to the store. They had no Apology and said they had to contact the driver. Asked for a call back from the owner/manager and never got a call. Girl
    Offered to refund my money. Will wait to
    See if that really happens. Not holding my breathe. Their customer service sucks!! They take no responsibility for their error. Who does not deliver flowers to a funeral home?? Even thou I got a confirmation they were delivered but that was a lie. Save your money and avoid heartache don’t use Rutland Florist.

    My daughter ordered an arrangement for me from a Rutland Beard Florist. To start off with, she wanted them sent to my work, they were supposed to be delivered at 4, they came late. When I saw the flowers, I couldn’t believe how bad the arrangement was. I sent pictures to my daughter as she called and placed the order from Florida thinking this was a good place to order according to their website. She spent 100.00 total on the arrangement and delivery which was far too much for this arrangement. The arrangement had flowers on one side and just greenery on the other. I told her to call and ask for a refund but they told her they’d make me another arrangement to which I told her to get her money back. I felt bad for her because she felt so bad. If I could give this place less than one star I would. We’re waiting for her refund. Please don’t buy from this florist,

    We are so sorry that the flowers were not meeting your expectation. We are also sorry that the replacement wasn't satisfactory. During the Mother's Day holiday, and the volume we are handling, it is very difficult to accommodate any time restrictions. Our drivers deliver over 14 hours a day during peak time. At this point, I have reached to our customer, your daughter, to determine how she would like to move forward.

    0 STARS! This place has to be a hoax or a money laundering "business". Ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday though 1800flowers.com and it was fulfilled by them. Flowers were not even similar to the photo on the website or even decent; they were simply HORRIBLE! Mostly greenery, one rose and a bunch of carnations, almost dead for $80. Got a full refund from 1800flowers. Called the flower shop to give them my feedback and the gentleman that answered was rude and arrogant. Accused me of "fictitious" information and of having a "tone", then threatened to disconnect the call, which he did, hanging up on me. Stay away from this place!

    It sounds like you've already communicated with 1-800 Flowers which is who the order was placed with and fulfilled by since we do not have any record of your order being placed with us or fulfilled by us.

    I am very sorry that you had a negative experience with 1-800 Flowers and I hope that you have a better experience with them in the future.
