"This company reached out to me four times changing my appointment when I informed them that my air conditioning was constantly running the fourth time they had their call and saying they we not coming to find another company this is not professional service at all when the heat index is 100 degrees when asked why the service manager is all of a sudden not available would not recommend company to anyone ." ... "i think it'S very u unprofessional to not return a customer's call when you suspect the customer may ask fo considerationon, credit, or maybe a refund as a result of dissatisfaction with an equipment check-out, service, or installation.Approximately five weeks ago (i've misplaced the ticket, but I'm sure they'll have it), one of the smoke/CO detector--the closest to the furnace--went off at 4 am two days in a row." ...
