  Beautiful Expressions assisted in my last-minute week before the preparation of a cast party. The event turned out lovely. Prior to that, I had set a budget of $5000 as I wanted everything to look upscale and well put together. I had the event at a photography studio where drapes and pipes had to be used to add elegance to the room. As the event space was previously a car part warehouse. After seeing the venue, the owner called me with a quote of $4,500. I asked for a receipt for my tax purposes and was declined and told that she can send me a contract that reflects the amount. She stated that they do not provide itemized receipts. I agreed and left it at that, again it was down to the wire, days away from the event and I needed all the assistance I could get. The next day after paying in full. I mentioned to her that I would like to know how much each item cost as you can imagine $4500 is not a little bit of money. I was made to feel as if I was wrong for wanting to know where my money was being spent. Instead, I was fed excuses about it being Mother's Day weekend and "we aren't dealing with a blank canvas." She threatened to release and refund my money all because I asked for an itemized receipt, she couldn't explain exactly what or how much each item cost, and then she stated how she wasn't even getting paid for this event. However, also mentioned that she was getting paid only 500. And that I was stressing her out. I don't understand why such a fight had to be put on because I asked for a receipt showing me how much each item cost. I mean, I am the customer. Because it was last minute, I went along with it. The turnout was DECENT. It looked well put together, however nowhere in that room did I see $4,500 worth of items, and my team agreed. I have pictures to confirm. 4 pipe and Drapes Balloon Design and Arch 10 Martini Tables with Clothes Red Capet Poles with ropes for red carpets Centerpieces and Letters that lit up that spelled HOLLYWOOD across the tables

  Thanks for your review , I apologize our service didn’t satisfy your expectations. We had less than 4 days to come up with decor for the space , there was a lot of furniture already in the space that couldn’t be moved. The contract is your receipt and has all the items listed that was provided for your event. It was a holiday weekend and we provided what we said we would and more. The venue was never looked at before you booked it so you where unaware of all the different pieces and restrictions with using a studio to do a watch party .
