Important information

  • Additional Info:
In June of 2019, BBB received a consumer complaint alleging that ACM Worldwide Delivery charged advanced fees for the transport of a pet advertised online that once paid for, was never delivered to the consumer. The consumer informed that after initial payment was sent, the business then requested $1500.00 for insurance, $1520.00 for an air conditioned pet crate, $550.00 for a health permit, $550.00 for vaccinations and $200.00 to prevent the pet from being quarantined.

On 07/18/2019 BBB investigated the business to research these allegations further.

Over the course of the investigation, BBB determined that the business is not registered as a business entity in Maryland and is not properly licensed to provide pet transportation services.

BBB also determined that business does not truly operate from the advertised address.

When BBB reviewed the business' website, BBB determined that the testimonials displayed are also displayed on numerous other websites, verbatim, that advertise the same services. BBB also noted that the testimonials reference a different business name entirely "World Transit Express".

Based on these concerns, BBB was unable to verify the legitimacy of this business.

BBB will update this report with developments as they surface.
