I am a first time home buyer so this process was new to me. I had a lot of questions and things I never considered but he took his time and educated me every step of the way! He kept telling me it’s ok to be nosey in your house and we were! I learned so much in 3 hours I am still amazed. I no longer feel intimidated about owning my first home and I know what to look for and how to fix things. The report was very detailed and explained in a way that I could understand. Red Carpet Inspection did a phenomenal job on both inspections. Aaron was very thorough in inpsecring my home for the pre drywall inspection and the final inspection. He found one of my fire sprinklers was leaking during my predrywall inspection and he found a few cosmetic issues during my final inspection. My builder was on top of getting those things fixed and even praised me for having Aaron come in. I will definitely use Red Carpet again!Review fromAdolfo B.

Our red carpet home inspection was nothing short of amazing. As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect and each step is always met with apprehension. However, as soon as Jerome entered the room we felt the energy shift and knew it would be a great experience. He greeted everyone warmly and it felt like I had known him forever. He never got annoyed with our many questions and was sincerely happy to answer. The inspection was extremely thorough and the information booklet given to us after left us feeling confident for next steps.
