Aquaguard came to perform a tune-up on a sump pump that was installed almost 7 years ago. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the purpose of the service. Overall, the entire process from scheduling to the actual work being done was seamless. Nick, the estimator, clearly explained the problems and what needed to be done.
We needed to have the entire basement waterproofed and 2 new sump pumps installed. I signed the contract for the work to be done and my preferred time, and it was accepted.
Walter and his crew came on time and were very fast and efficient! I hardly knew they were there except for the drilling and the door being open (in the winter). Everyone was pleasant and didn't complain (at least to me!) about the long treks required to haul the heavy materials. Nick appeared frequently to check on the progress. They finished as scheduled in 5 days.
Of course everything has to dry and then it will have to work! If it doesn't I will leave another review.Review fromClyde D

I was a customer of Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing. I was having an issue with one of my sump pumps. To my dismay and unbeknownst to me, Mid-Atlantic went out of business. I searched the web and found Aquaguard. I called them and they responded immediately. Nick, the Aquaguard service rep, was personable and extremely knowledgeable. he resolved the issue in a timely fashion. Also, the price of service was extremely affordable. I highly recommend Aquaguard and Nick. Any future issues that I have with my pumps Aquaguard will be the first call I make!
