  I had a window installed by window world during the summer of 2024. .i was shocked at there work. When they reattached my homes siding I observed several seams and holes from where they had removed shutters. This was totally unsatisfactory. I told the crew that I had plenty of extra siding in my shed to use. The owner was notified about this and when he saw it he too was upset with the workmanship done. He came by the following day to correct the situation. After removing all the siding he noticed that his crew did not install enough installation and the tyvac that wrapped the house was removed and never replaced. He had to stop his work and purchase new ***** from **** *****. Upon his return he and his crew completed the job. This however was not the end of my nightmare with window world. I noticed immediately that the window installer also did a horrible job on the inside of my home. The window area produces a draft. After noticing this I made a complaint with the company. They again returned to fix this problem. They ordered installation around the window that was not affixed to the window. After several weeks went by and I never heard from the company I called them. They apologized to me telling me the color of the installation was wrong and they had to order it again. I then had to wait several more weeks before the correct color was received. Window world cam over and made the correction to the window. I noticed the next day that the draft still exist. They came by again and chalked around the window and the casing surrounding the window. This work also proved to be insufficient because the window still has a draft. It is the opinion of several contractors I had contacted about this is that the window was faulty and should be replaced. Window world is of a different opnion and i seem to be stuck in the middle. I would like the company to return my cost for this job and for all of my troubles throughout this project

  I recently purchased a sliding glass patio door and my whole experience dealing with this company was impeccable from start to finish. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy like so many other companies. The office staff was very kind and helpfully addressing any issues I had and the installer was just awesome!! He paid so much attention to details and made sure the door looked and worked perfectly before he left. We compared my door with my neighbors’ doors and honestly my door was the best looking one! And he even cleaned up afterwards leaving the place spotless! Very professional company totally recommend them!!!

  We can't say enough about how much we like working with Window World. A few years ago they replaced our original french doors to the deck with beautiful sliding glass doors. We have had no problem with them through the years. Their price was much lower than other companies we investigated. Twice we had very minor repairs that were totally our fault and John came out and fixed our issues the very same day. Last Summer Window World installed new basement windows for us and they are "state of the art" and so easy to open and close. We highly recommend Window World and will certainly use them again in the future. Angela and James S*********

  I bought windows from this company. I ordered in early April 2021 and received my windows mid-October 2021. On the installation of my last window the installation crew pulled out my ground level basement window before realizing that the window they brought with them was the wrong size. They left my home with the window half in and half out of my home. They left and didn't come back. The window was left in this condition until the weather turned cold and a draft was coming into the house. I went downstairs and thought someone broke in before realizing what happened. After a couple calls to the company with no response from my salesman I gave up. In January 2022 I get a huge charge on my credit card bill from Window World so I'm mad and I call my bank who calls window world. The woman at window world was rude and condescending yelling about me not even knowing how many windows I had and when I went to count exactly how many windows I had at her request and she didn't think I was still listening to the call. We hung up and I was instructed to call the Window World woman back after we hung up. I called about 10x no one picked up the phone. I ended up getting reimbursed for the window and the damage that was done to my existing window by working with my bank. Last week, July 2022 I received an email from them wanting to come install my basement window. It will only cost me $2625.65 due to the charge back for incomplete work. This is when I realized they ordered me a new basement window in October. The windows are nice but not worth what I went through.
