  The Kelemers installed 11 replacement windows and 1 external basement door in our house. They were a pleasure to work with - the work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner, we're pleased with the quality, and they cleaned up after themselves. As promised, they also re-installed our window coverings. We would definitely recommend them.

  Joe and his team deserve a 11/10 stars. They are straightforward, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, respectful, and honest. They did an amazing job replacing 7 windows and 1 sliding door. I reached out for an estimate online and got a response from Joe in an hour. The estimate itself took 40 minutes going over measurements, product information, pricing, misconceptions, questions and concerns. Pricing was very fair and competitive. He didn't force us to make a decision within a certain amount of time and the price was guaranteed. It took approximately 1 month from the time of estimate to install date. Joe kept us updated every step of the process. On installation day, the team was very respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves very well. Joe came to the property twice on install day, once during and again after for a final walk through. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say. We will definitely use them again for the other windows and doors.

  From the moment I sent Joe a message through **** I was thrilled with my experience. He called me within an hour from my initial inquiry. We met a few days later and he walked through the process of getting new windows, measured, shared his client list and products, and wrote up a no commitment contract for me to think about and respond to if I wanted to. I signed it a few days later, the price never changed. Joe and his team did exactly what he said they would. Consistency and follow-through are part of his business values and are always what I look for in business. I appreciated the time Joe took to build a relationship and share his philosophy. His crew was early, professional, and did 14 windows in about 8 hours including great clean up. This is the company you want to go with.

  Joe and his team did an amazing job with our replacement windows. He recommended an upgrade of our two dining room windows into one large picture window and it transformed our dining room. We were very impressed with his professionalism and craftsmanship.

  Joe and his team were great to work with and our new windows are awesome! Joe initially came out and gave us all the information we needed. He kept us updated and let us know when the windows were ready to be installed. On the day of install, his team worked very efficiently to install our windows. Joe came by afterwards to look everything over. I could not recommend Joe and his team more and will be passing their info along to our family and friends.

  Kelemer Brothers has just installed my new windows today. I got several quotes, but theirs was the best. They were honest, straight forward and didn't put any pressure on me or wasted my time with a lengthy sales pitch. They required no prepayment. When it came to the installation they were on time, polite and did a smooth clean, professional job. I highly recommend using their services.
