    All positive experience. Sales consultant was knowledgeable about the product and alternatives, clearly described the process. Installers were meticulous. The stairlift has made a significant improvement in quality of life. Highly recommend Bedco.

    We just had our first chair lift installed. From order to delivery was super quick. The technicians who came out to install our lift were fantastic. It took several hours but they were very attentive and helpful in showing us how the systems worked and what we should expect. One technician even took the time to readjust the seat and rails to "fit" my husband who is extremely tall. I am so happy with this company. The folks in the office have been extremely attentive and helpful as well. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the need to have mobility equipment installed. We will use them again for our other staircase!! Thank you Bedco Mobility for making this experience a good one!

    I've been waiting for 4 months for Bedco Mobility to pay me the "buy back" payment after my chairlift was removed on August 1, 2023. Sheila in accounts payable doesn't call back and doesn't send the check. No one calls you back. Sheila the receptionist says the check is going out in two weeks and it never comes. No one does what they say they are going to do. They just keep the money AND the chairlift!!! This is theft!!! This is fraud!!! I am 94 years old. I just want them to pay me what they owe me. They are taking advantage of the elderly by not abiding by their contractual obligations.

    My stairlift was installed approximately 18 months ago. Two months ago, I called to have it taken down so that I could accept delivery of a washing machine. A technician was sent out who removed just the chair unit for which I was charged 320.00. After the delivery I was told I would have to wait because no one was available to replace the chair. After numerous unanswered calls, i was able to get them back by stressing the fact that I was basically sliding down the step in the morning and crawling back up in the evenings and more than once almost falling. The scheduler promised to have someone the next week. The following Thursday they sent two techs out to reinstall the chair onto the rail. They were in my home longer than the time it took for the original installation. I was charged another 320.00 to put the chair back on the rail. Two days after the reinstallation, the chair began to beep intermittently. First it beeped as I reached the base of the steps, then it began to beep at the top of the steps. The beeping was totally maddening to my entirely family especially at night. My husband called in about the beeping and after one missed appointment they sent a tech out to take a look. The tech examined my chair and said that it needed a replacement sensor that had to be ordered. He assured us that the chair was usable because I found it to be different in both sound and solidity as I travel up and down the stairs. Three days after the tech evaluated my lift chair, it stopped working entirely. Once again, I'm crawling up and down the stairs for the past five days. This makes no sense ! The tech was supposed to come back today but failed to come or call. How does it happen that I spend thousands on an item that they destroyed and fail to repair. At this point I feel I'm owed a new unit that is reliable. This thing in my home is little more than a piece of junk. The company is oblivious to my pain and horrible inconvenience.

    Ms. ******, We are so very sorry to hear of your displeasure, however we have tried to be as responsive as possible and your notes have some inaccuracies. Your unit was installed in October of 2021. We removed the lift on 5/16 and re-installed it on 5/24, each trip was $276.00 for the travel and labor as removals and re-installations are not warranty service. We did not get another call until June 22nd. As we advised, you can stop the beeping at any time by simply turning the unit off in between uses. After we sent someone out again, we assessed you needed a part which we had to order - we came out literally the day after it arrived to us, and there was no charge for that visit as it was warranty. As of Friday, 7/14, your unit should be fully operational. If you have information to the contrary please advise. Sorry for you dissatisfaction but we take our role in providing accessibility seriously and frankly this review is unnecessary as we have kept you and your husband in the loop daily, have been sympathetic to your situation and resolved it as quickly as possible.
