  The boss/ owner agreed to take on a job of splitting and stacking wood in an agreed upon area, for a price that was agreed upon by customer and contractor. The day he agreed to do the job all expectations were explained in both English and Spanish (again) and were agreed by the contractor. The crew that came to do the job left a bunch of logs unsplit and refused to stack the wood and just left angry. The next day the owner came back with another crew to finish the job. When my went back to do the final approval and money transfer (my mom FaceTimed me) i was not happy with how they stacked the wood all the way across my yard instead of in the area I thought we all agreed on. He refused to move the wood where i wanted it and left a bunch of logs unspilt on the bottom of the stack, unfortunately the money was already given to him by my mom while i was at work. He accepted a job that was too big for the man power he had available. I am not happy with the turn out and professionalism of this company. I paid way too much for a job that wasn’t done correctly as agreed upon and now on top of paying too much I still need to do the job myself. I just want future customers to be aware of the possibility of this occurrence happening to you. I understand it was a big job ( too big for me to handle which is why i hired people to do it and agreed to pay the large amount because i knew i couldn’t do it myself) but if it was too big for this company to handle he shouldn’t have agreed to take the job.
